We had an amazing stay at this hotel in a beautiful city. The hotel's cleanliness was remarkable; considering how the hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool, and the rooms were so spotless. The parking was free and spacious, which was a bonus as we drove there. The staff was very helpful in giving us information on transportation and tourist spots in the city. Lastly, the location of the hotel, outside of the town centre, was not noisy, and we could enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains from our balcony.

No negative aspects.

We spent our xmas holidays at a hotel that had wonderful views of the mountains. The hotel had a bus service that took us to the train station and local attractions easily. The staff was polite and attentive to our needs. The hotel had excellent heating that made the rooms incredibly warm throughout the cold weather.

The hotel was too overpriced for the quality of service they offered during the holiday season. The check-out time was too early, 10 am, which was inconvenient for us. The food was expensive, and the breakfast was basic without enough variety. The hotel charged for everything, including the use of the safe in the room, which I found frustrating.

Our group of friends had an amazing time at this hotel. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful mountain pass roads nearby. We also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere away from the bustle of the city center. the rooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and nice views. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved the delicious breakfast and relaxing pool.

The hotel lacked a bit of unique character in its design, but this did not detract from the overall positive experience.

During my city trip, I was blown away by the stunning views from my room and the hotel's public areas. , the hotel was impressively clean, which made for a comfortable stay. Plus, the location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

Housekeeping would knock on my door early in the morning without regard for my desire for rest, and charging an additional fee for using the room safe felt like a money grab. the prices were higher than expected for such a basic hotel experience.
